Our history: From Gisborne to Manawatu
Elite Industrial Engineering was established in 2015 in Gisborne. Over the next nine years, we refined our expertise in general manufacturing and supplying and servicing conveyor systems, particularly for the timber, meat, and vegetable processing sectors. This focus allowed us to establish a strong reputation for quality and reliability across the North Island.
While we loved our Gisborne location, we made a strategic move to the Manawatu region in 2024. This relocation, close to main freight transport links, allows us to better serve our growing customer base and improve our access to suppliers. By doubling our workshop space, we’ve increased our efficiency and expanded our service offerings, reinforcing our commitment to delivering quality solutions.
Well-equipped workshop in Feilding
Today, Elite Industrial Engineering operates a 680m² workshop in Feilding, equipped with machinery and tools, including:
- a large 4m press brake
- CNC plasma cutting capabilities
- multiple welding stations
- two lathes and milling machines
This modern facility allows us to provide comprehensive fabrication services, ensuring that we can manage everything from initial design to final installation. Our central location provides easy access across the North Island, enabling us to respond promptly to customer needs.
